In a personal injury case, we work on a contingency basis. Accordingly, if there is no recovery, there is no legal fee, although you may be responsible for associated costs.

How long will it take for my case to be resolved?
The time for a case to resolve depends on numerous factors including but not limited to the court calendar, type of injury and insurance policy limits.

What is the value of my case?
The value of your case is dependent on numerous factors, including liability and extent of the injuries. During the course of the litigation the value of the case often changes.

Do I need to be present at all Court appearances?
While your appearance is not required at all Court proceedings, you will need to be present at any Trial, Arbitration, Deposition, Mediation or Court Ordered Settlement or Pre-Trial Conference.
